Huw is a chartered physiotherapist who works with elite athletes in football, rugby league, rugby union and horse racing. Huw has achieved distinction in his Masters in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy. He has worked full time as the head physio for Swansea City Academy from 2012 to 2018 and still maintains a healthy professional relationship with some of the current Premier League players. He has also done further training in S&C and works in both NHS and private settings.
David has been working in the ambulance services for more than 15 years. He has also had an extremely successful role as a Lead Paramedic for both the Ospreys and the Swansea City first team. He is extremely interested in teaching and is an asset to any team/event that may need a paramedic cover.
Neeraj has been a qualified GP for more than 10 years. He has worked with many organizations across many disciplines throughout the UK. He is a member of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine. He has also got a Diploma in SEM and PHICIS level 3 qualifications. He is an Accredited Advisor with UKAD. He has got extensive experience of travelling across Europe with various age groups. Some of the organizations he has worked with are- FAW, IFA, WRU, BUCS, Tough Mudder, World Series Triathlon, Swansea City, Bristol Rovers and Newport County amongst others.
Richard is a graduate Sports Therapist with extensive touring and camp experience. He has worked in various sport like field hockey, football, Rugby Union, 7s rugby whilst also participating in various research projects. Very amicable and a keen cross fit athlete Rich continues to work with his local Whitland RFC and the FAW.
Phil is GP and has been working in sport since he did his masters in Sport and Exercise Medicine. He has got a rich travel experience along with match day cover expertise. Always friendly and approachable, he has worked with the following organizations IFA, FAW, Gloucester All Golds RLFC, Newcastle Eagles, Cardiff City and Bristol Rovers amongst others.
Brand new GP Dave is already a member of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine. He is looking to further improve his skills in MSK ultrasound. He currently works with Leeds United U18s and with Wakefield Trinity RLFC.
A qualified GP, James has joined the SEM run-through training with a view to be a Sport and Exercise Medicine consultant in the coming years. James has worked in multiple sports like gymnastics, athletics, martial arts as well as touring with Team GB team for the World University Games.
